Our assessment solutions are based on competency modeling and/or job analysis results.

Project Examples:

  • Designed and administered an on-line development assessment for a large, global sales organization. The assessment was based on a competency model that reflected recent changes in the role and focus of the sales organization. The results were used for individual development planning and an organization-wide training needs assessment.

  • Designed and administered a one-day management development assessment center for a group of high potentials for a Fortune 100 company.

  • Designed and administered an on-line performance management process for a small architecture firm.
