Appreciative Inquiry is a way of thinking, seeing, and acting for powerful, purposeful change in organizations. It is particularly useful in systems being overwhelmed by a constant demand for change. Shadow Consulting

We find many of our clients have a wish to change their culture and just need some guidance. We provide 'shadow consulting' where we partner with an internal team to design processes for you to implement. We often create 'straw-man' documents for your team to use as a starting document that can be easily adapted to your own unique situation and language. We can assist behind the scenes or be on-site. We will design and facilitate larger meetings to give everyone in your organization a chance to participate. We've been able to save our clients significant time and money with this approach.
