Shadow Consulting
We find many of our clients have a wish to change their culture and just
need some guidance. We provide 'shadow consulting' where we partner with
an internal team to design processes for you to implement. We often create
'straw-man' documents for your team to use as a starting document that
can be easily adapted to your own unique situation and language. We can
assist behind the scenes or be on-site. We will design and facilitate
