Courses:High Potential ProgramsHRD Solutions partners with internal clients to create high-potential developmental programs. These programs are customized to your organizational needs. Other client projects have included: A five-day program delivered over four months that addresses individual leadership impact; the leaders responsibility in building and maintaining organizational culture; using power and influence; managing constructive group conversations; and one-on one coaching for each participant. A twelve-month program that includes individual development plans, a
group project, individual coaching from internal staff (with guidance
from HRD Solutions), and quarterly content sessions facilitated by HRD
Solutions. Trust: What is it and how do we get more of it?Trust is the glue that holds all organizations and teams together. Yet
often times it is a topic that is never specifically addressed. This half-day
workshop helps a group dialogue about the elusive topic of trust. We define
what trust is, how it is nurtured and how it can be destroyed. The goal
is to discover and plan how to create a more trusting environment. This
is a good workshop for an intact team. |
