We use a variety of research techniques to provide current- and future-oriented
competency models. We tailor competency models to reflect your company's
strategic goals with regard to the people skills required for successful
job and organization performance. The competency models we create are
used for a variety of purposes such as clarifying role expectations, assessments
for selection and development, development planning, and training needs
assessments.
Project Examples:

Designed a future-oriented global competency model for an Account
Manager position. The competency model was based on information obtained
from the following: interviews with senior management, focus groups
with job incumbents, and an on-line survey administered to job incumbents.
The results were used to help Account Managers understand and clarify
their future roles in the organization and establish individual development
plans.

Facilitated the design of core, leadership, and technical competencies
for a consumer products company. The competencies are being used to
support a new performance management process.
